Privacy Policy
Last Modified: July 2, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how AnomiVPN collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our services. By using our service, you agree to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Collection of Personal Information
Personal Information
“Personal Information” refers to any information that identifies you, such as information provided when you use our services. We are a no-logs VPN service, meaning we do not monitor, record, or store your online activities, including your IP address, browsing history, traffic data, or DNS queries. The only personal information we collect is:
- Your email address, provided during registration for account management and communication.
- Payment information for premium services, processed securely by our third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal.com).
Cookies
When you visit our website (anomivpn.com), we may store cookies—small text files—on your device to enhance your experience. These may include persistent cookies that remain after you close your browser. You can manage or remove cookies using your browser’s settings; refer to your browser’s “Help” section for guidance.
Account Information
When you create an AnomiVPN account, we assign you an anonymous Account ID. You may optionally link additional information, such as your email address, to your account. We also store minimal data about your AnomiVPN subscriptions to manage your account. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected]. Upon deletion:
- Your email address and its association with your Account ID will be permanently deleted.
- All active subscriptions linked to your account will be canceled (except App Store subscriptions, which you must cancel manually).
- Custom settings in AnomiVPN apps will be permanently lost.
- You will be logged out of all devices.
- Anonymous operational data (e.g., device activity records) may be retained for service monitoring and improvement but will not be linked to your email address.
Operational Data
To ensure the continuous delivery of our services, we automatically collect non-identifying information from your browser or client software, such as device type or connection status. This data is used in aggregate for monitoring and improving service performance and does not identify you personally.
Use of Personal Information
We use your personal information solely to:
- Manage your account and provide customer support.
- Process payments for premium services via third-party processors.
- Communicate with you about your account or service updates.
- Monitor and improve our service using aggregated, anonymized data.
Information is collected only when the AnomiVPN service is active.
Disclosure of Personal Information
AnomiVPN does not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law enforcement or legal requests. Payment information is handled securely by trusted third-party processors (e.g., PayPal.com) and is not stored by AnomiVPN.
Data Security
We implement industry-leading security measures, including AES-256 encryption, to protect your data and ensure a secure connection. We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your information from unauthorized access, but no system is completely immune to security breaches.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, with the “Last Modified” date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of these changes.
