Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund for your AnomiVPN Premium plan under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of purchasing a Premium plan.
  • Refunds apply only to initial purchases of a Premium plan and not to recurring subscription renewals.
  • Refunds are not available for free plans or promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] from the email address linked to your AnomiVPN Premium account.
  • Provide your payment details, including the date, time, and payment provider (e.g., PayPal.com)
  • Requests will be processed within 5-7 business days, and refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Upon refund approval, your Premium account will be downgraded to our free plan, and access to Premium features will be revoked.

Payment Processing

Payments for AnomiVPN’s Premium plans are handled by our online reseller, PayPal.com, which serves as the Merchant of Record for all orders except those in Russia. For Russia-based orders, AnomiVPN processes payments directly. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, subject to the terms of the payment processor.
